I would also add the option to pay for an order by direct Bank Transfer - a common method here in Belgium. Perhaps selecting this option would send the customer a separate webpage where specific directions and the account details are listed.

I'd like to see either an unlimited number of extra pages that can be added, or at least 10 pages instead of 5 as I'm going to need a good number of extra pages I think for my store lol.
I believe the pro version does allow more to be added, but it will never be unlimited. That would just create all kinds of issues in the footer

The best solution to that Jo Ann, is to have a multi page web site and have the shop as just one element of the web site, with a clear navigation to the shop on all your web pages.
That will allow you to have a wider range of features incorporated into your web site and have the shop for its defined purpose, which should be the pursuit of taking money from your potential customers.
