Hi All

I change the background color in Shopping Cart Desiger Pro and exported it to Shopping Cart Creator.

When i do a preview the color change is there but when I publish and upload to the webserver the change does not take place on my on line website.

Could I need to make a manual change to a CSS file. I have done some editing to these files.

Hiya Vince,

Editing your CSS files should not be necessary at all for much of anything. Most anything needed should be accessible within the program. There is no real support for files that have been manually edited outside of the programs as there's just no way to try and keep track of what someone could have changed or has changed etc.

Having said that, we're going to need a lot more information as well as a link to the site to know if it's working properly or not. Let us know what you already changed in the files manually as well as the color that the background is supposed to be so we can see what color shows to us. Sometimes it's just a matter of clearing your browser cache which is always a good thing to try first before anything else.

If using IE or firefox, have you tried control & F5 to refresh the page so the changes you have uploaded are refreshed

Started over again by deleting all my files on my webserver just to make sure i did have something weird in a css file. Then uploaded again.

So now the color change to the background on an individual catagory page where my product are shown is correct in FireFox but not in IE. I did try the "control & F5" without any luck.

I would appreciate any more suggestion you may have

I have added the link to my shopping cart if that might help.

So in IE the product page color did not change even though it shows in my preview and in FireFox

Also all my products per page are in one long column instead of side by side (in IE)

Did you delete the root directory on your server? Just a thought, I'm not that good at these things, but from the error it looks like it's trying to find a folder that doesn't exist.
