Hi,

First of all would like to state I'm very pleased with customer service offered by Coffeecup. It amazes me the personal contact and ability to walk us through problems on our end or Coffeecup.

I've been working around clock for months attempting to finalize my store. Not a webmaster, so this has been quite an ordeal. I've finished my task, I'm pleased, my customers are pleased, orders are rolling in and I'm too exhausted to check any further in the archives to find answer to my question. Is it possible to have text and graphic - one additional text line in one category-- by a simple command. Know I could type the altered version, but also want to list exact description of some problems in more than one category by the click of a magic button or having my mousie jump on it and do the dirty work. ????

After reading this I can truly say I'm going to bed, not touch computer for few days, and thank God for Coffeecup and their support team.

Thanks all!
Pam

I'm not really sure I understand what you are asking but you can have the same item in more than one category.

Just click on the item when in Products List view then on Edit and choose Copy Product then go the category you want it in and click on that category name then back to Edit and Paste Product. You can then change any text that you want for the item in that category.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

Pam, I feel unclear as to the nature of your question. I am wondering if you could state it differently. :D

Hi tassietiger and Eric,

Sorry about unclear question ( it was long day on computer yesterday). Just wanted to have 3 different products appear in 2 category's with same description. Tassieiger, thanks for your input and it worked.

Excellent Pam! Glad it worked and was what you were after.

I have a lot of items that go in more than one category in my sticker shop:

mystickeraddiction.com

so I get lots of practice :)
