I have a client who like the Mulled Americana theme, but when it is shown in Firefox the white background becomes black? This then makes the wording that uses a black font disappear so all you can ses showing on the page is the red price???

Can you fix this problem as I would like to use this theme.

Whilst I am on, I have purchased the Cart software plus all the 3 themes and would like to say that if you do purchase then the Coffee Cup Software writing should not be there. I would not use it as some clients do not like this type of advertising on their sites.

Hi there, Sean!

I was looking into this issue, but I'm unable to reproduce the problem you're having. I have attached a screenshot of my shop in Firefox, using the Mulled Americana theme, and it shows up correctly. I have tested it using Windows and Mac.

Can you take a screenshot of your browser window and post it here so I can see what you're referring to? Also, have you made any adjustments to the template? If so, let me know what the adjustments are, so I can consider those when troubleshooting.

Thanks!

Hi Mary Liz,

Thanks for your promt reply, it is much appreciated.

Please find attached 2 screen shots, one in MS Explorer and the other in the latest version of Firefox which is 3..

I am based in the UK, but that should not make any difference should it? I have also not changed any code. It is straight from the box as they say ...

Regards,
Sean.

I'm having an issue with this template as well. When I roll over the "categories" the drop down sub menu stays there even when I move my cursor off of it. Is this supposed to happen? I would prefer for it to only display when the mouse is on it.

It might have more to do with the background image being a .png image? Those frequently convert to a black image when the browser can't display them... (not updated)
