How can I setup the tax field to charge 3% to every order? Preferably without a selection box. And can I change the word "Taxes" to something else? Thank you.

You have to define which regions the 3% applies to. There is no global option to just charge 3%. The word "Taxes" is hard coded into the program and cannot be modified, but you can find ways to do this over in this thread: http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/shoppin … nd-tricks/
