Hi Bob!

Because this particular template is included with the application, you have to re-download and re-install the application in order to receive the latest updates to the template. After you have tested the latest version of the template, please let me know if you are still experiencing any issues.

do you mean to say that I will have to uninstall my v 3.1 bulid 0 SC program and re-download and the re-install? What is the latest version..if it the same version, do I understand you correctly that only the template was updated within that same version?

When I uninstall, will all the files remain intact as intergrate back into the re-downloaded and re-installed SC software?

And....if we download and re-install again....would I do that from ACCOUNT>ORDERS & DOWNLOADS>YOUR SOFTWARE?
