Check http://www.tongariro.org.nz/cart/viewca … ?groupid=4 where I added a donations facility to a small society shopping cart. OK its for fixed amounts but you can add multiple units of say $10 and it shows in the cart. It also allows the donor to specify what the want the donation to go to. Hope that helps.

I meant to also say that if you click on the link - A donation of $10 - then it takes you to http://www.tongariro.org.nz/cart/viewit … oductid=19 where the unit multiplier and destination for the donation can be entered.

I saw your solution and may I say if you have a donation of $10 and want more the customer can change the quantity then you only need one donation item.
