The fact that it mentions a hack is a bit worrying can you please let me know what these two files are.

Hi Alena

Which theme are you using, it look as if you have a broken reference to thickbox.css,

depending on the theme used, thickbox.js or colorbox.js is used to display an enlarge view of your product images.

Are you using Shopping cart creator 3.5?

Don't worry about macFFBgHack.png this is an image which enables the firefox browser on a Mac’s to provide the screen dimming when using thickbox.

We are not even using thickbox.js anymore as we migrated to colorbox instead. I would suggest making sure you are using the latest version of the software. You can find out by going to the Help Menu > About Shopping Cart Creator

well I downloaded the updated version and installed it on my other machine, because I didn't want it to wipe out any files that are working correctly, and I noticed that there's no requirement for the paypal API number, and I just thought that was a more secure application so I didn't bother updating it over the install that's already working ...particularly when that API number is referenced as the shop mechanism that verify's transactions.

thus the reason why I haven't updated.

Hi,
Talking about the lightbox effect. There seems to be lots of space
around the pop up images, fixed width.
Is it possible to have the pop up the same size as the large image,
as in here:

Thanks,
Baz.

With version 3.5 you have two options with PayPal. You can use Express or Website Payments Standard. So if you want to continue using the API method you can or the new option of just entering in your PayPal e-mail address.
