Living outside US can be a challenge when working with online payment services, and - I need to find a way to get a US Bank account, without being in US..

All Banks that I have found, require me to see them in-person to create an account.... and that won't happen anytime soon...

Does anyone here know about any bank who will be capable of getting an account up and running for a "foreigner" - whilst being abroad?

I have signed up online before with Bank of America and Suntrust without ever having to go into the local branch.
