Hello, I already own the SCC , and want to upgrade to SCC pro.

Can someone please tell me:

1) Where is the download link?
2) What is the procedure for upgrading from SCC to SCC Pro

I also own SCC and I received an email a week or 2 ago offering me an upgrade which I took. I thought all registered users got one. Some people lost theirs to their junk filter, so have a look in your junk folder.

Thank you Grahm, I checked my email record and junk box, but i don't find anything.
I had always been receving coffee cup emails.
Let me check with them.

I'd appreciate being sent this as well! I own SCC and never received whatever this offer is. Why all the games and hoops to jump through????

I've received around 5 emails, the first being quite a few weeks ago now. All SCC registered owners should have received all of these emails. Is your email address on file a current one?

And the countdown timer has been at 00:00:00 for quite a few hours for me now. Is it like that for everyone else?

There is a problem with the count down timer. Our admins had it set for local computer clock and not our server clock (ugg). The release is still on schedule for 2pm EST today.

Yep I got a bunch of emails here about it also so I know they sent them. I would do what Scott suggested, be sure you have a current email on file here, and make sure you're getting the newsletters also. Keep in mind that those hoops go 2 ways lol, can't expect CC to jump through them to find you anymore than they should expect you to jump through them to stay informed :)
