I also did not get this e-mail. I checked my e-mails and junk folder, going all the way back to Aug. 19, and not one of them offered me a discount on SCC Pro.
Maybe they'll have another discount for us SCC users again sometime.

So CC no longer offers upgrading products anytime by calling? If you want to upgrade to the Pro Series, you have to take advantage of the promotions while their offered?

You can always place an order over the phone. What I am saying is that if you own Shopping Cart Creator Basic now and did not take advantage of the month long sale for Shopping Cart Creator Pro nor take advantage of the one currently running now, when this promo expires, we will not be offering any upgrades to go from Basic to Pro. You will need to pay full retail price.

This policy only really applied to Shopping Cart Designer as we had no other programs you could "upgrade" from.
