I bought SCC Pro this afternoon (see the thread in SCC), and have produced my shop. One thing, my FTP direct from SCC hasn't been working for ages, I have been using 'Export Shop for Upload'. It still isn't working in SCC Pro, my shop now takes an age to upload, and I would prefer to use the CC Ftp if poss.

The other problem is, I have now uploaded the SCC Pro site to the server, but I have no pictures? barndy.co.uk/shop.html

Why are you unable to upload over FTP? Other then being slow, does it simply not work at all ? What sort of error messages are you getting?

It looks like uploading manually you are not fully uploading all the files. The images appear missing on the server.

I think I've found the images, just got to work out how to get them onto the shop, but the ftp hasn't worked for me for a while. I have the folder as /shop/ is it to do with the second slash? I'm sure I've tried that tho.

You can enable that under the Edit Menu > Settings

I've got it enabled, but I would like to restore the copy I kept for safe keeping on my desktop, I think it has my image files in it. I haven't a clue how to get them back into the shop? What is the filename of the file with the images in it called?

There is no way to do that. You can open an auto-saved shop but you cannot just take images from an older shop and automatically pull them into an existing shop. You will have to do all that manually.

Now you could create a .CSV file to help with this. You can find instructions here at http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … eator-pro/

Aaarrggghhh, it's taken me days to put all those images on. What is the name of the file that the images are stored in? I wish I hadn't bought the Pro version now, it's cost me an awful lot more than money (I'm not being paid for this site either). I have no idea what a .csv file is, and how it would help, but is it going to be easier than manually loading all the images again. Can I not just find the relevant file with the images in on my PC, it must still be there somewhere?
