Got a friend who wants me to put a shop together for them.
Question is, if it's hosted on a third party apache server can they update inventories etc without the SCC programme?

No. the inventory is tied the SCCP. Have them buy a copy and welcome them to the CC family.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
