How do I find out what changes were made with version 3.9 of SCC Pro? Are there release notes online?

You actually find that inside of the software by going to the Help Menu > Check for Updates
However if you already updated to the latest version, that dialog will probably be empty. We have not posted any "official" release notes as of yet outside of the software.
