Is there any way to remove areas that can be shipped to?
I only want to allow people to order if the shipping is in the continental U.S.
I need to remove AK, HI, and international areas as valid shipping addresses.

Sure, you can do that. Just go into the Shipping preferences and you can individually remove the states you do not want to ship to.

I must be dense. I've looked at the store/shipping section and I don't see anything about states for the manual method of shipping calculations. I switched to weight based which has the states, but there's no way to delete the states that I can see.
