Ok, lets make sure you have it setup right before we look elsewhere. In order to have the tick box light up so you can tick it, you have to select a product. As a test, just select five products to be shown on the home page. Another thing you can do to test is to add something new like some text. Add it anywhere on a page that you know is displaying properly. Then re-upload. This will tell us if the files are going to the correct destination.

I selected "pages" rather than "products" - typed something in and uploaded.

your categorie shop home is not published, look at far right of bar

also save some confusion and change the categorie from SHOP HOME to something like foundation products, it might make it easier to find
