One problem I have is that none of the pictures and flash that I added on the Home page and the Products page work in FireFox or any other browser except IE.

Any ideas?

I take that back, it works in Safari.

Steven, if you use your vsd program to set up your home page, Just the one initially (with a solid background image, blank pale colour or similar)

it will give you the flexibility you want to add all the design features you want, flash and all, its much easier than in SCCP

Then link it in sccp as the home page, its more SEO friendly anyway

If you take a copy, ie use duplicate previous page option, and call it something like template, and using that page convert everything on it to images, with advanced text option

When you preview it, it can be saved as a jpg image , and chopped into three sections Header, body, footer

That can then be put into SCC pro as separate background images (MAY NEED QUALITY REDUCING)

sounds more complicated than it actually is, and you can then use your S drive if you like (just select publish) and upload it to CC server, or set up ftp as before and send it to your hosting with 1 on 1 ?

Only the VSD7 part at present but SCC pro in future

I have finally got my website looking and behaving the way I want, I am so pleased with it. I have built 2 shops in to it. Both created with SCC pro and SCD pro (apart from the front page, that was created with Microsoft Frontpage - I still need to work on that!) One of the shops, "The Toy Shop" is a standard shop for people to buy from stock, the other "The Toy Warehouse" for people to order larger items that I don't keep in stock.

Please take a look - what do you think? You comments much appreciated.

Nice clean looking site Sue.

Only criticism of it is the cart page, or rather the special day delivery button. On the page it takes you to, it is possible to leave ALL the fields blank and input a date prior to to the current date. Think you may need some sort of validation on those fields and on the calendar. :/

http://www.manorfarmbooks.co.uk - done with a mixture of VSD and SCC Pro. And mostly done by my partner who until recently had never done anything with web pages at all. She has found Coffee Cup to be super intuative (she struggles with MS Word lol).

EDIT: Ooops I've been a bit premature. The live site is still the one done with SCC Standard, the Pro version is going up after Christmas apparently.

Web site and shopping cart built and live over 1 night!
The software released 1 day before the bridge was opening.
This was my first shopping cart with coffee cup. I will take any advice on making the options look cleaner. But it works great!

Hi everyone,

Your shops look amazing!

So after many hours of work and frustrations, I think I have my shop working! I only have 5 products at the moment but will now working on uploading more of these.

Thanks heaps and heaps to the coffee cup team for answering all my questions, especially Scott Swedorski, who I'm sure at times thought I was really dumb!

If anyone has any comments or suggestions for improvement, I would love to hear them!
