I have my shopping cart setup and on line (checkout disabled) and I'm trying to figure out my best shipping options. It seems that paypal has a shipping by total weight option. Is it possible to use paypal shipping settings for total weight at checkout rather than shopping cart's?

I'm debating whether to get the cart pro or not. Everything else about the basic version is fine.

There is weight based shipping in SCCPro but not in SCC. The software doesn't integrate with the Paypal weight system, it just sends data relating to purchased item description, quantity, price, shipping cost and tax (if any) so you'd need to use the pro version if you need the shipping total sent to Paypal to be based on weight.

I figured out a system with the minimum plus per item. I tried pro but decided to keep it simple.
