Hi, have a shop setup at www.shopbeautiful.org.

Just had one item sold and initially the shop viewed it correctly as 'Sold Out' after the transaction. Howver, after updating some text on the shop the item is now showing as having -1 items in stock, yet the SCCP program shows it as having none left.

How do I get the stock level on the site back to 0 and is there anything I can do to stop this happening again?

You need to make sure to Click Inventory Toolbar Icon before/after you make any modifications to the inventory levels. This way your shop and server stay in sync. Reset your inventory counts back to the correct number and publish. Moving forward, click the Inventory button before you publish your shop again.

Have added 1 item to the Set with SCCP and seems to be correct now. Still would like to know how it got to -1 though.
