I'm guessing I need to have Xampp running? When attempting to install the trial version on my pc I get the following error:
Could not initialize an instance of the configuration object. Cannot initialize database. Please contact CoffeCup support for assistance.
There has been an error.
Error running (the path to the ShoppingCart.exe) :child killed: SIGABRT

Are you able to actually open the program before you get the error, or are you getting the error while installing?

Typically that error means a bad install. Re-installing the software should fix the issue. If you still have problems after doing that, please open a support ticket and give us as much information as you can about your system and we will help you out.
