I am having an issue with my shipping calculating correctly.

I have Default shipping set at $9.00 and $0.50 added per item.

There are 2 shipping options set up, Standard and International. The first adds $0.00 to the total and the second adds $20.00 to the total. Require customers to select a shipping method is checked.

When viewing my cart, I only see the $0.50 added per item regardless of what shipping method I select.

I'm missing something

EDIT
And it adds $0.01 for each item in the Taxes line.

When I test I get shipping being..
Default = $8.50
International =$15.50
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Hi Phoenix,
I think you need to set up some destinations and associated tax rates.
In SCCPro, go to the taxes icon and set up the rates for each country / Territory that you are prepared to ship to, but also set your domestic tax rate even if that's the only one you need.

@Eric
You should be seeing $9.00 Default and 29.00 International

@David,
I do have the tax rates and destinations set up.

Here is what I am seeing and the settings I have currently,
http://www.jassper.com/images/cart1.jpg
http://www.jassper.com/images/cart2.jpg

Thanks to both for taking a look.
Oddly enough I have another store set up almost the same way and that one works correctly. It even shows the destinations and correct tax rate.
I first thought that this was a firfox browser issue as it doesn't seem to refresh pages as it should, but I see the same results in IE9. No mater what I change and upload I get the same results. I first discovered this after someone placed an order and I got $2.00 for shipping and $0.02 for tax. lol
I honored it bu now it seems I can't correct it.

I see that you have the tax rate for merchandise set to 0.0700% in the screenshot at http://www.jassper.com/images/cart2.jpg. This should be set to 7.0000% for Indiana as per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxation_in_Indiana.
Correcting this should remedy the low tax calculations...

The shipping issue is not so clear cut. Try avoiding the minimum and leave it at $0.00. Set the per item to $0.50.

Then in the table below, set default to $9.00 and leave your international at $20.00

Thanks again,
Yes I spotted the 0.07 tax rate as well, thanks.
The shipping got fixed by deleting the shop from the server and re-uploading the whole thing, as suggested by the support ticket.

We still aren't sure what the problem was but that seemed to fix it.
