I'm not sure if this is even how it works. I'm still trying to understand the whole Meta Tag thing.

When I do a search on Google for the product I'm selling, I see my website listed. Under the link is the description. Mine says: "You have been redirected to this page because the product that you were looking for was not found." How do I get that to change? I was told it had to do with the <meta> tag. Would I put something under the header content? I get a warning not to mess with it.

IE: I search Best Buy and their description says: "Best Buy's source for computers, video games, televisions, digital cameras, mp3 players, mobile phones & appliances. Shop online for delivery or store pickup."

I want something that looks like that.

There is a place in the general cart settings to place a general cart meta description and key words.

When you have your product highlighted, or have clicked into it, the 3rd tab along is called SEO.

You can also do this on all pages, including product pages.

Put a description of your product/pages in there, and also keywords in the applicable box.

As for "You have been redirected to this page because the product that you were looking for was not found", I would assume those are 301 redirects (old pages that no longer exist) that are showing up in google. CC has put a good forwarding of deleted pages/product pages in - which is still effective in customers finding you, but they will instead go to - usually your Home Page with that message. :)
