I am trying to figure out why my site does not show up in Google; I have tweeked the SEO section in the cart and on the Home Information Page, About Us Page and Contact Page I have added proper meta tags. I have done this for months and still no results. From what I can see is if you look at each page:

http://www.posteralley.ca/
http://www.posteralley.ca/About_Us.php
http://www.posteralley.ca/Contact_Us.php
They each have in their titles: Poster Alley. I want to change this to Concert Posters - Rock Posters, Movie Posters at Poster Alley. How can I do this?

Have you submitted all your pages to Google in a sitemap?;)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I submitted all my pages to google with a sitemap. What I want to do is change the text in the titles as shown here:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"><html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><head><title>Poster Alley - Home &#47; Information </title><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /><meta name="description" content="concert posters, movie posters, WWII posters, vintage soda pop posters, and sports posters." /><meta name="keywords" content="poster,movie posters,vintage posters,vintage movie posters,music posters,rock posters,band posters,gig posters,concert posters" /><meta name="generator" content="CoffeeCup Shopping Cart Creator, Version 3.9, Build 4296" /><meta http-equiv="generator" content="CoffeeCup Shopping Cart Creator (www.coffeecup.com)" /><meta name="revised" content="28/11/2013 9:10:26 PM" /><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" href="css/default.css" /><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" href="css/colorbox.css" />

Obviously I cannot do it within CCSCP so which pages in my directory do I need to go to and change what is in bold to something else?

Click on "Pages" at the top.
Now in the "Basic" info tab that shows on the right edit your page name, meta key words, meta description, and your page title. Now make a site make after editing these and submit it to Google and other search engines. :)
