Alphabetical search
I am building a shopping cart to sell music and movie posters. I have them in alphabetical order but I was wondering if there was a horizontal index with the alphabet that would list the groups according to the alphabet chosen?
Hi Dan,
You can write your own markup in the pages view of SCCPro to implement this if you wish.
An easier approach might be to utilize the search box in SCCPro and let your customers find the film, artist or actor they are interested in that way. Promote the search box throughout the store etc. and people will use it

So how does one impliment the search box in SCCPro. When I preview my site, it does not show any search function.
Did the theme you chose have it?

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I chose Designer Stuff and it looks like it doesn't. Can I import it from one that does?
You have to turn the search feature on in order for it to show up. Check your settings to be sure it's turned on. In other words, go to SCD Pro and open your theme, now go to the drop down menu on the right and look for the Search Box Properties. There's a check box at the top to hide it make sure it's not checked.
If that's not the issue, then try upgrading your theme to the Pro version right in the program. File menu, Upgrade Theme to Shopping Cart Creator Pro..
That "should" theoretically get you a search box
