Greetings, I am caretaker of three domains that reside at Bluehost. Two are active and one is parked. I have plans to turn ownership of this account over to my church. One of the active domains I need to move here, therefore not burdening my church with any of the costs associated with my personal domain expenses. Living on a fixed income bubble of retirement has limitations that I must face head on. I've been using Coffeecup software as far back as the aftermath of 911. I observed the Coffeecup Mailer account, the (*Site Designer app win/mac) is absent. Is this an online version of the software, or does this mean it doesn't come with this tier of service? I have a register version (5.1 build 3561) on my windows desktop therefore the ability to export onto Sdrive.
#: Most likely it would be smart to move my registry also so I want be paying Bluehost for that and Coffeecup for hosting.
#: When I signup yearly, does Coffeecup auto debit on the date of signing up?
#: Is the SSL certificate remain free with my Coffeecup sdrive account?

I am looking forward to this move, and appreciate your level of service.

Hi
I would suggest you contact CCUP support for this, and you also need do some changes to domain name ownership, contact details for technical support etc etc for the domains stating with the original hosting service.
For the one you are wanting to move you will need unlock that domain and then set up the transfer with the new hosting provider.
Again you need talk to CCUP about this, whenever I have done something like this (but not with coffeecup)they usually send you an email to confirm the transfer request that they will get from the original hosting service in my casas thereis a 24 hour time limit to confirm the request, if you do not confirm within that time period then the transfer is cancelled and obviously you have to start again that happened to me once and it meant the costs incurred were were charged. I don't know what if any costs maybe Incurred from the original hosting service, or the setting up of a new SDrive domain that is being transferred hence the need to contact COFFEECUP customer services
Ps once when I did this the email from the hosting service requesting confirmation went into my spam folder and for some reason I didn't spot it, so we had to start the process all over again, which is actually pretty painless and smooth but was a bit
of an inconvenience at the time

I'll make the call. I'll be able to figure out the ends and outs of the different account tiers here at Coffeecup. October my big ticket item will be car insurance. Come November I'll make my move hopefully.
