OK - I knew they would ask me...
So I am asking the Fonts of All Knowledge and Wisdom (i.e. you lot) - how do I ensure any details anyone sends are secure and not likely to be hacked? How do I arrange for PayPal payments? How do I set a form up so that it is emailed to the club's email address?
There won't be many - we are a voluntary Kennel Club registered club based in South West London - and I have no doubt the CoffeeCup server is secure, but it is something I will be asked about. Can anyone help me out here with some basic information?? Thanks in advance!
Although I can't help with how secure the S-Drive is, I'm sure it's pretty secure though, I can tell you that the Web Form Builder will do pretty much everything you need.
Use that to setup your Registration Form and tie in a Payment setup for it in there. It has PayPal integration now so you can use it to accept payments for pretty much anything. If you need help setting that up I would start with the Web Form Builder Articles here on CC in your support room area. There's a ton of information there for this program and I'm pretty sure some pretty good stuff on setting up the payment system with it as well.
