I have taken the mobile-first template and deleted 3 of the 4 services.
I am now trying to center the 1.
I can get it to float right and left, but not center

Hi Rick,

What you want to do is make it a block element then underneath the margin settings you will notice two arrows pointing to each other with check boxes beside them, put a check in each box and the element should center.

If I go through and change the centering of the element in the different break point, do I have to change the webpage or would that be part of the CSS.
Learned that I have to re insert the menu after exporting, just trying to get a feel for how and when I have to change the webpage, I have been doing the main text in RLM.
As I'm playing and learning.

Not sure what you mean by do i have to change the webpage. But yes you will have to re insert the menu and any other external coding like sliders, thumbnail galleries or webforms. I too do 90% of my work right in the program itself, its a very good tool saving me hours and hours of coding.

Rick, in general (seems it would apply to RLM too), you can set the positioning for various breakpoints within your CSS.
For example... If you have a logo in your header that's floated to the left at larger screen sizes, you could choose to remove the float and center it on small screens. You can do this for any page element...Four paragraphs side by side at full width, down to two over two at pad size and one centered column for phones.
That's why prototyping with something like RLM is good, it let's you easily try out layout configurations so by the time you've exported to the Editor, you have those breakpoints and CSS rules all figured out.

Yes I finally realized that I can and/or should change at the break points.
Really getting a feel for it.
