OK I'm starting to I wouldn't say get a handle on the RLM but just starting to find my way around. I was just wondering if any of you chaps and chapesses have a solution whereby you can align a row or column within a row or a column. As an eg I've attached the screen grab and what I'm wanting is to put a row inside where it says the image. My idea is to have the image as a sort of background, it's for a website that I've worked on and off for months now and got no where to be honest. Any advice would be great.

If I understand what you are asking, use the Subgrid for that.
