I haven't really looked at the code it could be a load of different issues, but if both you Steve and Matt (UncleMap) are having problems with WOW and RLM it couldn't be a conflict could it? or a bug of some sort.

No I have not tried removing the shadow yet. I will give it a go.

Nigel, its really not a problem with RLM as it does exactly what it is supposed to do and create a responsive framework. The problem is with the CSS. The nature of css is to cascade down to the entire website. The challenge is figuring out exactly what part of the generated css conflicts with other generated css lol... i hope that makes sense.

Well, well , well mister Gunsmoke!!! You hit on something.

I tried commenting out the code <!--<div class="ws_shadow"></div>--> to get rid of the shadow but still had the margin problem.

However I commented out the java script that runs the slider and displays the shadow and the margin problem is gone. That being said the whole engine for the wow slider is gone. So there is something in the javascript that is in conflict.

Looks like you got it by changing the slide show style.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

<!-- Generated by WOWSlider.com v3.9 -->
<div class="ws_shadow"></div>
</div>
<!--<script type="text/javascript" src="engine1/wowslider.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="engine1/script.js"></script>-->

<!-- End WOWSlider.com BODY section --><br><Br><br>

A frustrating day then Steve :( Yeah it can be so annoying when these things don't go to plan, it's like savage amusement :cool:

You didn't just go back to wow slider and click on the button to not show the shadow, then generate the new code? Seems it would have been easier, but hey, I'm not a coder! Either way your slider looks much better now, but the shadow, if you look at the bottom left you'll see it is still overshadowing the 'Testimonial' button. Of course, that's not that bad I guess...

Ok so I changed the wow slider all together.

Here is an example of the slider working perfectly in a VSD built website:
http://www.reginahydroseeding.ca/

When I use that same slider in RLM I get what you see now:

The issue presists! I will keep plugging away with the css.

Thanks everyone for your help on this. I know I have taken way to much of your time on this.

That's got to be something with the RLM that's causing that size jump at the end. I don't have RLM so I guess I'm out. But hey, looks better without that shadow! :cool:
