Ian, obviously the Dynamic Drive slideshow is not responsive. Slideshows built with Wow Slider are.
Mind you, it may well be that an iphone or some other smartphone will scale the whole page down to fit the screen size, but that isn't exactly responsiveness. Anyway, I haven't tried in on a phone.

The image formats used for web; png, jpg and gif will work in Wow Slider.

Wow Slider is also part of a package offered that includes unlimited websites for Wow Slider, visual Lightbox, Video Light Box,Visual Slideshow, a css3Menu maker, EasyHTML5Video, and Fancy Elements(buttons and graphics),Apycom Menus, and
cuox3 (another slider that slices more than slides). I picked up the 'mega-bundle' for $109. Comes out at different times for different prices. Upgrades for a year. Not sure what the current deal is. You'll have to check around.

Switch it off! If you have an iphone, click Settings, then General, scroll down and find Keyboard and deactivate auto-correction. It used to drive me mad too, before I found my way to how to disable it.

Ian, I fired up my Galaxy half-size tablet and viewed your site.The site scaled down to fit the screen at landscape orientation, but not when held in portrait position. It's the slideshow that gets cut off. Maybe if you did something with the menu, e.g. made it horizontal and collapsible...

Thanks very much again people - and especially Inger. At the moment, the site - while made in such a way as to relate its size to the viewport - isn't responsive in that there are no breakpoints as yet. Equally, as you say, the slideshow gets cut off. I've bitten the bullet and bought unlimited websites on Wow Slider. Special offer.
