Copying features from one RLM file to...

Often, footers display the same type of information and may even share a standard layout (though the content is different). Such it is with a design that I am currently working on. The footer layout is the same as the footer in another RLM file that I have. I have tried selecting columns and elements and clicking copy, but when I open the new RLM file, I cannot paste them. I'm assuming that RLM removes remnants from the clipboard when a file is closed.

I thought about opening the source RLM file and doing a save as, but then it saves all the other formatting that I do not want. I just one three particular columns in the footer. Is there an easy way to transfer rows, columns, and/or elements from one RLM file to another or do I just need to recreate the layout?

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

There is no way to copy of existing rows etc in RLM at this time.

You would need to recreate the look and feel in the new RLM project. :)

Happy to say this is on the roadmap though. Just no ETA at this time...

That was just Eric. You can delay his copy for later and keep everything on schedule. ;)
