Not really being a coder, I have no clue as to what is the difference and why as a novice I would choose one or the other.
I'm getting a good grasp of RLM, with the help of this forum , but not sure what the difference is.
And if I start a new site from scratch is it Coffeegrinder or Bootstrap?

At first I was only using Bootstrap, but as it went I really like CoffeeGrinder now. As it allows me to do more, and also does not have the bloated code that Bootstrap comes with ( I do not use 95% of the predefined code in Bootstrap).

It is really whichever you want. :P
