There's several out there. That one didn't seem to have choices for different devices.

I don't know whether it's up to the more serious requirements of checking, but there's a Firefox addon called Firesizer (.7) which resizes the viewport.

Firefox also has the Web Developer option (Tools\Web Developer\Responsive Design view) which allows you to slide the HTML area larger and smaller to see what happens.

In FireFox just press CTRL+Shift+M. No add-ons needed. Set custom sizes, choose from preset sizes and switch between portrait and landscape modes.
