I have changed the RLM project so the menu is centered on the smaller screens, but I am wondering is that part in CSS?
As I learn and try something new I hate to keep having to reedit page.
What parts can I change without having to go back in to editor and reinstall codes?

What I do is leave all of the files inside the mysite_exported and then open the old one and the new at the same time and transfer the code to the new one. If it has to do with positioning or styling you can be pretty certain that you will need to look inside the css to make the needed changes. It's ok to alter the pages after export but always try to go back to the RLM project to see if you can make the needed changes within RLM. This will cut down on the needed alterations as your pages get more complicated.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

So can I just replace the old CSS with new?

Yes, just remember any alterations you made after export need to be put back in unless you took care of it in RLM.
