Good video Steve! How you like that Snap7? Looks good I think! Now if you could just ditch FileZilla . . .

Haha I go back and forth between Filezilla and direct ftp?

I really like snap 7! Easy to use. Was that better in explaining when getting to the coding part?

It was for me. Wish you had zoomed in when showing files and directories because you can't read those at all. But very well done on where and how to add the code to the framework! I was thinking that you put it between the img tags or something but you just delete the whole line and stick it in. Easy peasy! I guess you have to have size and all that figured out before inserting the code eh? Looked that way. Can you adjust it once it's in? Or just adjust it's position? Speaking of which, how do you do that? I've heard talk about padding and margins...can those be adjusted easily once wow is in?

The size of the slider is determined when you build it in the Wow-Slider software. I didn't go much into detail on that as the tutorial was about how to add the slider once its completed to a RLMP framework.

Can you adjust it once it's in?

Yes you can but not through the RLMP. All you would do is open your wow slider software and in the settings you can change to size and many other things. Re-publish the slider and go through the same steps by replacing the body section of your code and uploading the engine and data files again.

Or just adjust it's position?

This is a tricky one. In the current version of RLMP you are limited to adjusting the position after you have exported your framework, that is unless you know how to code :P I am guessing that the RSD will be a much better fit for re-adjusting position after the fact.

I've heard talk about padding and margins...can those be adjusted easily once wow is in?

Padding and Margins can be set after the fact! These are styles in the RLMP and any style can be altered without loosing content. I believe Adam made a video of this, I will see if i can find it.

Steve' got more experience than me with RLM but I'm doing almost all of it offline and in the RLM itself.

Super video Steve, I thought it was like that. In essence though you don't really need to add a "Wow slider" image in RLM you could just put it where you want as long as you had a row/column because your already deleting it?

Very true but then it becomes much more difficult to find the place to enter the wow slider code. At least if you have the framework built with the element placeholder you can easily find the spot.

Yeah in theory it does Steve, but that's what I was having trouble with the other day with images, it doesn't always go to plan  On your website the Wow slider is quite small which is easier to place because you've got other things there, I want a bit bigger (that's not suggesting yours is wrong by the way) anyway the only way to do it, is get my hands dirty ha ha. I'm redoing my own site, I quite like it, else it wouldn't be there, but I'm doing it responsive now, if I can pull it off to my satisfaction it will give me great confidence.

I've made a tutorial of the way I use WOW slider. I hope Steve doesn't take this the wrong way, I'm sure he won't I'm not a type of guy who is dogmatic on how to work because I know there is many ways, just this I feel for me is the way to go with Wow Slider and it's the way I did it before RLM.
So this is basically how I do it, I sometimes come undone because I'm sure Wow doesn't want to work sometimes but on the whole this is so easy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvD-9Fvu … MOyb3OyBKA
