So the help tab in MS Outlook Express explains nothing!
Then I looked all over google and youtube and none of them explain what exactly i am supposed to put in the POP3/IMAP/HTTP AND SMTP
Dose anyone hear know please?

Those details will depend on the domain where the form is to be used; it is not a global standard.

So I need to get a domain name first; is that what you are saying?
Where would i get one please?
If you just want to send and receive emails, you don't need a domain (nor the Email Designer either, for that matter). You can register a free email account with the likes of Gmail or similar. But since you are using the Email Designer, I'm assuming that you want to run it from a website, and for that you need a domain.
