Hello, I created several email designs in the new version of RED. They all come through great in GMAIL, but in OUTLOOK, my background images don't all come through, making the emails hard to read.

Is there something wrong with the code that RED created that makes this not work well?

We added these to our system so had to add in our code to make it dynamic/etc.

What is the point of a forum if all the answers are redirected to private support?

Because this forum is for Users just like you, some of us are more experienced and we try to help, but if it's a technical question or issue that is beyond our capabilities, or permissions, then you need the CoffeCup texhnical support team to have a look at the issue/problem

Oh and by the way, NOT ALL answers are re-directed, in-fact I would hazard a guess to say the MAJORITY of questions/issues/problems are answered here by other coffeecup software users

I'm having the same issue. According to YouTube, ChatGPT, and CoPilot, Outlook does not support displaying background images like other mail clients. Both ChatGPT and CoPilot gave me alternate html code they say will work. I have yet to try it. A background color from RED seems to work fine, just not a background image.
