Anyone else having any issues with RED crashing when exporting? I build and export multiple emails of varying size and styles each day and crashing started months back whilst still using Mojave on a MacBook Pro and then after upgrading to Big Sur, the issue remains. If I do a half dozen or so builds/revisions in a row it will eventually crash in the middle of an export. I can't remember which version it started on, but it hasn't gone away with any of the latest updates.

I don't know how many Mac users we have in here, but someone might perhaps have some hint for you. If not, try to contact CC support directly, https://www.coffeecup.com/help/myroom/

I'm on Mac running Big Sur. I don't have issues with RED crashing, but I don't create as many emails as you do. However, I do work in Site Designer with multiple projects at a time, and there may be a similarity here.

One thing I've noticed with Site Designer is the longer I run it, especially if it is with large projects, the more it gets bogged down. The solution I found is to completely close the program between projects. If I'm working in Project A and finish and then want to go to Project B, I click the "Site Designer" at the top left and choose "Quit Site Designer" from the menu. I then open the new project and SD and keep going. I suspect it's somehow a memory issue.

Perhaps you could try completely shutting down RED between email projects. It only adds a few seconds to the workflow. I'm curious so please let me know if that remedies the problem.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.
