I must be blind but i cannot see how you animate layers or elements and also alter their state over time such as transparency - im using the animal shelter as an example - I can see how to use the transitions on the slide but not how to animate elements - the other thing is the amount of transitions are few will there be more in time?

I like the what you have achieved on your own website to introduce elements within a slide and then have them animate out of the slide onto the next
