Here's a first effort with Responsive Content Slider.

It's a simple "standalone" slideshow with fade transition and full slideshow controls. The control buttons are somewhat mis-aligned as there is no "grid" to align them better. It is definitely "responsive."

Good job Webmaster... very simple example of what can be accomplished. I'm looking forward to making more use out of it than just a image slider... so much can be done! Thanks for sharing.

Great job.
I wonder if the slide indicator can be made to switch at the same time as the image.
There's also a delay for the slider to go to the image when you click on an indicator.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Here's a set of a little more "meaty" slides.

Notice how the format changes from laptops to (small) tablets to smartphones.

Pictures are public samples from Windows 7.

I like the design but it needs a pause button in order to read all the info provide.

Not to belabor the issue, but here is one more iteration of a complex slide(show) that has text in it. I made all versions of this slideshow just to illustrate what could be done with this product.

Because of the timer problem (that is to be fixed in a the next version), it is better to change this type of slideshow to a completely manual operation. Turn off "autoplay" and add "previous" and "next" controls to the slideshow. This makes the slider more like slides that are on news sites so that viewers have time to read the text in each slide. Of course, these news sites have timers in addition to the manual controls, but sometimes the time interval is set too short for viewing the slides.

In any case, I am looking forward to Version 1.1 to see what has been added.

I have a 30-page website. I am ashamed to admit 29 of those pages were done with software I didn't buy from Coffee Cup! However I am slowly rectifying that.

My new home page was built with RSD, Menu Maker and right at the top I've made use of Content Slider.
