My Website Project Settings keep disappearing. Thankfully, the configured server settings stay there, but the Website Project Settings just keep disappearing after I set them up.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still keeps disappearing. Has happened in the past but lately has been doing it almost every day.

Make sure you have the latest version of the HTML editor because this issue was fixed in the latest one.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Robin,
Are you using CCleaner perhaps?
Are you using CCleaner perhaps?
Hiya Robin,
If by chance you are using Ccleaner as Adam asked above, open the program and go to the Applications tab on the left. Go down that list until you see the Utilities section and find the HTML Editor (as well as other software I'm sure) and uncheck it. That should fix your issue.... we had a nasty time finding that problem when Ccleaner decided to add the HTML Editor to their cleaning list for whatever reason. Hope that helps
If that is what is cleaning it out you need to update your Ccleaner version too then as they did fix that issue, but in a later version so update it so you don't have to worry about that then at all even if it's still checked (which it definitely does not need to be).
If you're not using that program, see if you have a security program that might be cleaning it out similarly.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
