I'm glad you mentioned the issue with subscribing to a thread that has moved. We'll have to pass that bit of info along to the CoffeeCup crew.

Adam, I did pass it along and I am told that as long as a thread is 'moved' and not deleted and then re-created, there should be no problem. There was an issue in moving this thread that it got "lost" for a bit, so that might have caused the loss of subscription :/
Might be something to keep an eye on either way.

Victor,

When you purchased the HTML Editor did you purchase it directly from CoffeeCup? If so, you should have used an email address to login. If you remember you password, look above at the Get Support tab. If you click on that you should find a spot to log in and see all the software you have purchased and there you will find a download link for the latest versions.

If that does not work, you will need to contact CoffeeCup directly and have them search the records for your purchase.

These instructions are, actually, incorrect (perhaps the website changed since Victor posted this). Here's how to get to the Updates (assuming they exist for you ;) ):
1. Login
2. Hover over the Support tab and click on the Your Downloads drop-down menuitem.
3. There you will find a list of the software that you purchased from CoffeeCup and with it any Updates that are available.

No, I did not realize that...But, is this not, still, a relevant topic (being that HtmlEditor is still an active product--with updates?)

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
