Just upgraded to 12.5 400

Theme chooser appears to have no default content as in previous version.

Sounds like a bad install to me Keith. We made no modifications to that area. All themes are stored in the Documents\Themes folder

Scott

I appear to have 2 folders CoffeeCup Software, I've copied the themes folder out of one into the other and it works.

But not sure if this is going to cause me further problems.

I haven't used any of the themes so far, but I took a look, and the attached pics are showing that in the folder 'Default themes' there are no themes. The second image is showing just empty folders, and the first one, which looks to be not empty, has just a a folder with another empty folder inside, nothing else.

I installed the latest version over the previous one, but didn't look for themes earlier.

Not sure if it's just me not seeing the themes or not, but the only themes that show up for me are the ones I have installed that I purchased. A Mythemes category shows and nothing else. Should there be themes that are in a different category too?

Those themes were removed with the latest version and only HTML5 themes are included now. They are now listed under Themes. You will also notice some of those folders were renamed as well. The installer though will not remove the older themes if they were already there. We simply do not have them in the new installer.

I have just performed an update from build 397 to 400 on my laptop. Before I uninstalled the 397 I checked the CC folder in My documents, and I had only a 'myThemes' folder with one or two themes that I had downloaded. In order to see what really happened, I moved the CC folder from MyDocuments to the desktop temporarily.

I uninstalled the 397 and installed the 400, checked the documents foler and found that the Editor had not installed anything into the MyDocuments, and of course, when opening the Editor and wanting to choose a theme, there was nothing at all. Completely empty.

Nope don't have anything but the My Themes folder in the Documents../CoffeeCup Software/Themes/ HTML Editor/ folder

Themes folder has only the HTML Editor folder in it and the HTML Editor folder has only the My Themes folder inside it, there's no defaults at all.

ok so where is this Themes folder residing? I am in the CoffeeCup Software folder where I see a Themes folder, there are no themes inside it, only the folder HTML Editor and in there is only my My Themes folder with my purchased and added themes. Nothing else there. Am I in the wrong Themes folder?
