I didn't see it, but then again my eyes aren't right either - a little wonky.

Not a new thing John. Eric asked for the Thread that people are sharing HTML Editor Snippets in, that's in the link in the post above, and the way to get to it is shown :)

I downloaded the new version today. When I try to install, I get the error msg that it is not a valid Win32 application. I'm running Vista 32.

This issue is caused when the application does not download fully. When you attempt to install the software, Windows does not know what to do with the file, so it will display this error.

To correct the problem, delete the file you have downloaded and redownload the software. If you are running any download managers or anti-virus applications that could intercept the download, we suggest you disable them before attempting to download the software again.
