source text - browser text...

On Coffee Cup v12.7 (paid and registered version), I used to click on a
paragraph in the browser side, and see the corresponding text above, on
the source side. Now that does not work anymore. However, if I remove
the </head> closing tag, it works fine again.

Also, if I remember correctly (it's been a while), if I clicked on some
point on the source I was led to the corresponding browser text (or
image) below. That also does not work, with or without the </head> tag..

Any help will be most appreciated. Thank you!

Did you check for duplicate tags in your page?:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Yes, there are no duplicate tags. Also the same exact thing happens in about 30 pages of a site I am putting together.

I've had that happen to me - then it comes back and works.

I can not explain further.

If you can replicate it I would open a support topic and let the CC gurus have a shot at it.:)

Yes, thanks!

I can replicate it fine. Should I upload one of the pages that has the problem?

You should open a support ticket James and report it to the CC Gurus is what Eric means I believe.

You can open a support ticket by doing the following:

Go to the top right of the website here
Click account then Your Support Room
Start support topic and ask the same question there.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
