I know there is some way to refresh your split screen preview window when you make a code change. Seems I don't remember and can't find it.

Hi Edith, I'm not really a coder so maybe someone else will jump in here, but I just took a look at the HTML Editor and as I made changes to the text in the code, it was immediately reflected in the split screen preview. I don't think you have to do anything, at least I didn't.

Sometimes, if you change out an image, giving it the same name as the one that was there before, the change may not be reflected. I never use split screen, but I tried now, and what I did to refresh, was just toggle it off and then on again.

I thought it changed also as you make code changes. The software did do this at first but doesn't happen now. If I close out, save and come back it remains the same. Doesn't reflect changes. I struggled with a website yesterday for some time before I realized split screen wasn't working. I liked the feature. Must have a software glitch:((

In that case contact CC support and submit a ticket. But before you do, maybe try deleting the programme and reinstall it?
