I downloaded the new upgrade and I get this message when I launch: "Markup Data Folder does not exist". The editor seems to work ok, but none of the themes or layouts are there.
Anyone else with this problem?

It sounds like you got a bad download. Try re-downloading it and see if you have the same problem.
The philosopher has not done philosophy until he has acted upon the mere conviction of his idea; for proof of the theory is in the act, not the idea.
