Hi - not sure if this is the right place for this question ... but since I am using the HTML Editor ...

I put in the Link on my site to CoffeeCup 88x31a.gif and the image does not view well in either Firefox or IE. In fact it also looks bad in the preview window of CC HTML Editor.

If I just go to the link on the CC website it looks fine.
What am I doing wrong?

The graphic is exactly the same. You are seeing the effects of anti-alias pixilation in the image more because of the purple background you are using instead of the white background CC is using.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

Photoshop can fix this if you have it, otherwise you will probably have to change the background.

Yeah it looks like this image was made to go on a white background (hence the white corners). You can edit this by just opening it in any image editor and just carefully changing those white and close to white pixels to black or dark purple and that should fix that. Check also as they may have optional images on the site that you can use instead of that one too. Maybe one has already been created for that.

Definitely get rid of that purple border around it too, that really doesn't help it any :P

And that is coming from someone who is obsessed with purple. Have you seen her site: purple, purple, purple.

OK ... goddit

It's a gif with transparent bits that interfere with the background.
Now I have used a different image and it looks fine - except the purple highlighted background.

Thanks

Here try this one, I used a background eraser and got rid of the white corners so it it's truly transparently round.
