Well, I would be interested because now I have to purchase a new computer because the one I have "W7 32 bit" wont run shopping cart without the cart crashing. Support doesn't know whats wrong either. I have heard other people having this problem as well, which is what prompted my question. It seems foolish to purchase a new computer with the same OS as my current computer, just because it might work on the new one versus the old one. Nevertheless, I am stuck with client work that needs to be done, and so have to purchase something new in hopes that it will work.

Eric I discovered my upload/crash issue with SCC was to do with the password not sticking and if I toggled between the Show Password and Remember Password options it eventually stuck and I could upload without crashing. So maybe try that before buying a new laptop....unless you really want the excuse to buy a new laptop :D
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to try a couple more things this evening and then buy one tonight, if I have to. Thanks. :)

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate -- 32 bit. I recently downloaded the new 2010 HTML editor, but when I double-click the .exe to install, I get the following error message:

CoffeeHTML2010r.exe is not a valid Win32 Application. It simply will NOT let me install it. I tried installing a few other of the newest programs -- like the new FTP -- and there was no problem. When I double-clicked the .exe and then 'RUN' -- the install Wizard came up just fine.

Looks like the installer Wizard for the 2010 HTML Editor is broken. Can you please fix it and let us all know when a new download is available?

Thanks!

This issue is caused when the application does not download fully. When you attempt to install the software, Windows does not know what to do with the file, so it will display this error.

To correct the problem, delete the file you have downloaded and redownload the software. If you are running any download managers or anti-virus applications that could intercept the download, we suggest you disable them before attempting to download the software again.

Scott, that worked, thank you -- but I did discover why the first attempt didn't download fully. I kept right-clicking on the .exe itself (on the left-hand-side of the download page) and saving to my folder. After reading your message I tried that three more times -- and all three times I only got 5.22 MB downloaded. Then I clicked on the DOWNLOAD button on the right side of the page and it downloaded fully in 6 seconds (I have VERY high speed). Installed with no problem.

Sure, it could be a quirk in Firefox, but I suspect it might be something in the code on the download page.

Thanks again for your help...

Lisa
