HTML Editor installed but won't open...

I have d'l'd the program and installed it but when i click it to run it...nothing happens. HELP

Sometimes you have the run programs as an administrator.
right click on the HTML editor icon and select open as administrator.
That should work, if it doesn't then uninstall the program, reset your computer, and re-download the program from CC website.
Let us know if that doesn't work.
